Cancellation Policy
We understand that unanticipated events happen occasionally in everyone’s life! If your appointment time no longer works for you or your schedule we require 24 hour advance notice when cancelling an appointment.
“NO-SHOWS”
Anyone who either forgets or chooses to forgo their appointment for whatever reason will be considered a “no-show”. If you consciously miss an appointment, you will not be able to book with us again.
LATE ARRIVALS
If you arrive late, your session will be shortened in order to accommodate others whose appointment follows yours. However, you will be responsible for the full session. Please plan accordingly and be on time.
EXTRA GUESTS
No children allowed during the appointment. There may not be a place for them to wait. This is time for you!
